TouchBanking is Southwest Research Center FCU’s (SwRCFCU) mobile banking app that can be used to access your designated account quickly and easily from your iPhone or Android mobile device.  This convenient app allows you to view an account balance(s), transactional history, perform a transfer(s), pay bills, apply for a loan or locate the closest surcharge-free SwRCFCU ATM anytime you choose.  Plus, the TouchBanking app is safe, secure and all transactions are encrypted.  This gives you added peace of mind that no personal or financial information will be stored on your mobile device after logging out.   

To activate mobile banking with SwRCFCU, just follow these simple steps below to initiate and enroll an account.

  1. On your device, open Google Play Store (Android) or iTunes App Store (iPhone) and search for the TouchBanking app.
  2. Click Install to download the app.
  3. Click Accept when prompted by TouchBanking to allow acess.
  4. Once Downloaded, Click Open TouchBanking.
  5. You will be prompted to enter App Code and Username. (App Code = GoMobile1290, Username = same as your Southwest Online Login ID) Click Continue
  6. Enter your Southwest Online password.  Click Login
  7. Answer the security question 
  8. Accept the Terms & Conditions

It’s that easy!  Now you can manage your finances quickly from your mobile device and enjoy the added security and conveniences afforded when you bank by mobile device.

Please note:  You must be a SwOnline user before TouchBanking can be activated and only one SwRCFCU account can be registered per device.  If your preferred device changes, the TouchBanking app must be downloaded to the new device.
