Southwest Online offers many exciting and convenient features, including:

Bill Pay – We have upgraded and enhanced our Bill Pay! This secure, free service allows you to make one-time and recurring payments from your designated checking account to companies or individuals with just a few clicks. All you need is a computer with internet service, enroll into Bill Pay through Southwest Online and you can make payments to anyone, anytime. Plus, you can select, schedule and track your payments 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Once you have enrolled or logged into Southwest Online Banking, click on the Bill Pay tab. Here is how Bill Pay works:

  1. Set up your billers. In the Payment Center you will start by setting up your billers, the names of companies or people you want to have in your payment list. You can pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check or automatic debit.
  2. Enter and schedule your payment. Tell us the amount you want to pay and when you want to pay it. The money will be taken out of your designated account. If you choose, you can set up automatic payments.
  3. Your payment is sent. We deduct the money from your account and send it to the biller or payee. An email confirmation can be sent to you, if you choose.

Bill Pay requires a valid e-mail account and a SwRCFCU checking account. You must be a resident of the US or one of its possessions and you will be asked to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Bill Pay Service. A minimum of three payments must be made per month or a $5.00 monthly fee will apply.

E-Notifications – As a free part of Southwest Online Banking, you can receive important notifications by e-mail, such as NSF/ODP Fee Notice, Late Payment, or Share/IRA Maturity Notice.

E-Alerts – This notification tool emails you when an activity occurs according to the parameters you set on your account. Activities may include high- and/or low balances, when a check has cleared, when a payment is due or when a deposit is posted. Please note that this service gives you a timely notification but does not operate in an online, real-time mode.

You can add a message or turn a message into an e-greeting card.

Our simple steps to setting up your Popmoney account include:
