Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit is now integrated into the Southwest Research Center FCU’s (SwRCFCU) mobile bankig app. SwRCFU Mobile Banking allows you to remotely deposit paper checks to your member or business share draft (checking) account with SwRCFCU using your camera-enabled iPhone or Android mobile phone. This service allows you to deposit checks at your convenience anytime day or night. Plus, the Mobile Banking app is safe, secure and all transactions are encrypted.  This gives you added peace of mind that no personal or financial information will be stored on your mobile device after logging out.   

To activate mobile banking with SwRCFCU, just follow these simple steps below to initiate and enroll an account.

  1. On your device, open Google Play Store (Android) or iTunes App Store (iPhone) and search for the SwRCFCU app.
  2. Click Install to download the app.
  3. Click Accept when prompted by SwRCFCU Mobile Banking to allow acess.
  4. Once Downloaded, Click Open. 
  5. You will be prompted to enter Username and Security Code (Username = same as your Southwest Online ID, Security Id is your Southwest Online password)
  6. Click Login
  7. Answer the security question.
  8. Accept the Terms and Conditions. 

It's that easy! Now you can remotely deposit checks, saving you a trip to the credit union, thus saving you time and money.  You also enjoy the benefit of making deposits at your convenience from anywhere.

Please note:  You must have a SwRCFCU checking account before Mobile Deposit can be activated. Maxiumum deposit amount $2,000. 

Unacceptable Deposit Items:

  • Any item drawn on the member's account or the member's affiliate account
  • Any item that is stamped or watermarked "non-negotiable"
  • Any item containing evidence of alteration to the information on the check
  • Any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country
  • Any item that is "stale dated" or "postdated"
  • Any item that has previously been deposited, in any manner
  • Any item with an incomplete or improper endorsement
  • Any two party items
  • Any Savings Bonds
