If you are contacted by EnFact or FALCON regarding unusual activity on your MasterCard, ATM, or Debit Cards, please understand that these companies are valid neutral networks who are working under our instructions to assure your safety while you complete a transaction.
Should you receive a call or request for information about activity on your account from either of these companies, we want you to know that they are not phishing your information, but providing security risk monitoring on Credit Union electronic products.
