Who Can Join/Membership

Southwest Research Center Federal Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative owned by its members and offers a full line of financial products and services. Since our establishment in 1956, we have expanded our membership base to include other select employee groups, organizations, and entities.

 

Additionally, the following family members of any eligible individual may join SwRCFCU. That relative could be:

• Parent • Sibling • Grandparent
• Spouse • Step Sibling • Grandchildren
• Children • Step Children • Adopted Children
• Legal Guardian • Step Parents • Domestic Partners

Remember our policy, "Once a Member, Always a Member." All members retain membership with full rights in the Credit Union even if they move, change employers, or retire.

Membership in SwRCFCU is created by the deposit of $5 into a share (savings) account and upon verification of the members identity. Members are immediately entitled to access our full array of valued and beneficial financial products.
