Our Latest Update on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Management and Board of Directors at SwRCFCU are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation to ensure we continue to offer a safe environment for our Members and Team Members. 

Emphasizing the importance of social distancing to mitigate the risk of spreading the virus, Governor Abbott asked Texans to join together and follow the latest Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines on gathering sizes.  For the next eight weeks, the Governor has requested Texans to not gather in groups of 50 or larger.  According to the CDC, Social Distancing continues to be an effective defense for this virus.  In light of this unprecedented time, your Credit Union has moved forward with a plan to minimize exposure to COVID-19.

On March 23, 2020 our lobbies at 6220 and 7215 Culebra will be temporarily unavailable to protect the health and wellbeing of our Members and Team Members.

During these unusual times, we will continue to meet your financial needs through online banking, our mobile banking app, SW Connection at (210) 520-8403, ATMs, night depositories, and our 7215 Culebra drive-thru.  You can also contact a Team Member at (210) 684-1054 if you have questions or need assistance.

The following can be accomplished at our 7215 Culebra Rd drive-thru, open:

7:00am – 6:00pm Monday thru Friday
9:30am – 1:30pm on Saturday

  • Cash transactions including transfers and loan payments.
  • Mastercard cash advances.
  • Money Order purchases.
  • Teller Checks can be acquired.
  • Checks can be re-ordered.

Additionally, SwRCFCU offers convenient banking tools for virtually any need:

  • Free Online banking 24/7. If you haven’t signed up for online banking, then please let me encourage you to speak with a team member and let us assist you with this process.
  • Free Debit Cards provide you with access to cash 24/7. If you don’t have a Debit Card, then contact us and we will order your card today.  A checking account is required for this service.
  • Free Southwest Mobile Banking App provides 24/7 access to your account. You will be able to review transactions, transfer funds or apply for a loan.
  • Free Southwest Connection is our one step 24/7 account access via phone. This convenient service may be utilized from any touchtone phone and is simple to use.  Just dial (210) 520-8403.
  • This is an excellent time to ensure that you have a Credit Card or Line of Credit set-up for emergency cash needs. Additionally, our Account Executives are ready to assist with any lending need.
  • If you need to gain access to your safe deposit box or require notary service, then contact our office (210) 684-1054 and we will set-up an appointment.
